Buyer's Guide
This Buyer’s Guide helps you explore every part of the USA TrackBusway™️ system—quickly and clearly. Start by selecting a category below to jump to BUSWAY (RUNs & FEEDs), Plug-Ins (power, data, and lighting drops), or KITs (ROW, GRID, RECTANGLE, and BRIDGE layouts). Each section includes detailed components, key options, and direct links to product pages.
BUSWAY
BUSWAY is the backbone of the system—providing overhead power distribution using modular RUNs and FEEDs. These components form the structural and electrical foundation for suspended power, flexible layouts, and system expansion.
-
RUNs
RUNs are the modular busway lengths that carry the conductors overhead. A RUN includes lengths, mechanical joiners, electrical joiner inserts, hangers/cables, and optional closure strip.
-
FEEDs
FEEDs bring electrical power from your panel into the Track Busway system. Choose Single-Phase or Three-Phase versions depending on your voltage and load.
-
POWER PLUG-INs
Power Plug-Ins bring 120V, 208V, 240V, or 480V down to equipment, receptacles, or machines — anywhere along the run.
-
DATA PLUG-INs
Data Plug-Ins provide structured cabling and low-voltage connectivity through quick-attach modules that do not interfere with electrical conductors.
-
LIGHTING PLUG-INs
Lighting Plug-Ins allow you to mount linear, pendant, or accent fixtures anywhere on the busway — no junction boxes or rewiring required.
-
ROWs
ROW KITs provide straight power distribution over aisles, benches, conveyors, and assembly zones.
-
GRIDs
GRID KITs provide dense overhead access for labs, makerspaces, and high-mix work cells requiring frequent reconfiguration.
-
RECTANGLEs
RECTANGLE KITs surround rooms or work areas to deliver plug-in power along all sides of a workspace
-
BRIDGEs
BRIDGE KITs span across aisles or open areas where a direct mounting path is not possible.
RUNs
Modular busway lengths and all components needed to build a continuous RUN (lengths, mechanical joiners, electrical joiner inserts, hangers, cable kits, closure strip).

Smart Intersections
Track Busway systems are designed to change. Smart Intersections allow runs to cross, branch, and reconfigure without field wiring or rigid junction boxes. By separating mechanical alignment from electrical continuity, intersections remain clean, modular, and fully serviceable.
Smart Intersections are built using two complementary components: CROSSOVERs (mechanical alignment) and JUMPERs (electrical continuity).
Mechanical Intersections — CROSSOVERs
CROSSOVERs create precise mechanical intersections where Track Busway runs cross or branch. They define the physical geometry of the system while keeping conductors isolated and accessible.
CROSSOVERs support common layout conditions including L-, T-, X-, and variable-angle intersections, making them ideal for grids, criss-cross layouts, and complex ceiling geometries.

Electrical Continuity — JUMPERs
JUMPERs complete the electrical path across intersections created by CROSSOVERs. They bridge conductors between runs without hard wiring, preserving circuit continuity while allowing future reconfiguration.
By decoupling electrical connection from mechanical structure, JUMPERs eliminate the need for junction boxes, splices, or field-terminated wiring at intersections.

GRIDs
The USA TrackBusway™GRIDredefines how power is dropped by turning the ceiling into a fully flexible and reconfigurable infrastructure. Unlike traditional linear systems, the grid configuration enables power to be accessed anywhere across intersecting rows and columns—eliminating constraints of fixed spacing and rigid layouts.
