T225 bus plugs (tap-off units or tap boxes) are designed for use with USA TrackBusway 225A Track Busway, bringing protected plug-in power to equipment and workstations. T225 identifies the 225A-per-feed busway family, not the tap-off’s amperage.
Available configurations tap one, two or all three phases, with ratings up to 60A per phase. Depending on the build, a tap box can include multiple breakers and receptacles to suit the connected equipment.
Choose a drop cord to bring receptacle access down to equipment, or an outlet box to keep it at the busway. Both styles use the same compact and standard enclosure sizes; drop-cord builds add a cord.

A standard T225 run carries three phases and neutral (L1, L2, L3, N), with equipment grounding through the bonded housing. Each tap-off connects the conductors needed for its single-phase or three-phase load.
Single-phase: one phase + neutral.
120V from 208Y/120V or 277V from 480Y/277V.
Single-phase: two selected phases.
208V from 208Y/120V or 480V from 480Y/277V; neutral if required.
Three-phase: L1 + L2 + L3.

Gold marks the contacts used by each example; unused pins are omitted. The 2- and 3-pole examples omit the neutral contact, which is included where the specified connection requires it.
