Build the route from the approved layout and select a combination of 5 ft and 10 ft sections that fits the required run length. Include the connection hardware and support locations when preparing the bill of materials. See the 20-foot straight-row example and component quantities for a starting layout.
The continuous plug-in channel provides locations for compatible T225 tap-off units along the run. Coordinate the section configuration with the feed, tap-off requirements, project voltage, and load calculations. Multiple runs must be planned as coordinated sections of the electrical distribution layout.

Yes. Where two busway sections connect, a compatible 225A joiner is required. Use an electrical joiner when conductor continuity is needed, and use a non-electrical joiner only where mechanical alignment is needed without electrical continuity.

Yes. Each individual T225 length remains rated 225A per phase. A larger physical layout can use electrically separate, separately fed and protected sections; additional feeds do not increase an individual length’s rating. Individual T225 tap-offs are available up to 60A per phase, with the selected unit’s ratings governing. Match the upstream source, protection, conductor configuration and normal or required outage loads to the project design.
Yes. Dedicated Ground / DG is available as a project-specific configuration where specified and supported. In a dedicated-ground configuration, an added internal grounding conductor is bonded to the equipment-grounding path and housing/enclosure ground. This is different from Isolated Ground / IG, where the insulated grounding path is maintained separately through compatible components and field wiring.
Isolated-ground receptacle options are available when specified on supported factory-assembled tap-off configurations. USA TrackBusway does not sell loose standalone receptacles.
200% neutral, also searched as 200 percent neutral, is available only as a project-specific 225A / T225 conductor configuration where supported. It must be coordinated with drawings, load calculations, voltage system, and electrical engineer requirements.
200% Neutral + Isolated Ground can be specified as N2IG where supported by the selected 225A / T225 configuration. Coordinate busway lengths, feed units, tap-off units, drawings, and electrical design before ordering.
