Key Features
Voltage Compatibility: USA TrackBusway™ is ETL-listed for use on systems up to 600 V. Typical operating voltages include:
120 V or 240 V from single-phase service.
120 V or 208 V single-phase derived from a 120/208 V three-phase panel.
277 V or 480 V (Y) single-phase when powered from a 277/480 V three-phase source.
Conductor Configuration: Two hot conductors and one neutral are factory pre-wired within each length.
Applications: Ideal for industrial and commercial spaces such as assembly areas, production lines, laboratories, and adaptable workstations.
Why It’s Better: Unlike conduit or cable tray, USA TrackBusway™ allows for power to plug-in anywhere overhead — modular, tool-free, and ready for future reconfiguration.
Compliance: ETL-Listed to UL 857 standards for overhead plug-in busway systems.
USA TrackBusway™ Single-Phase Lengths deliver modular, open-slot power distribution for commercial and industrial spaces for flexible overhead power distribution.
Each steel housing is pre-wired with two hot copper conductors + one neutral and factory sealed with end caps to form a self-contained grounded busway section ready for installation.
The continuous access slot accepts plug-in power taps like Power Drop Cords or Outlet Boxes anywhere along the run—no rewiring or downtime required.
Available in galvanized, white, or black finishes, and in lengths of 2.5', 3', 5', 7', and 10'.
If three-phase power drops are required, these single deck lengths can be double-decked for three-phase power distribution.
Product short description
This Single-Phase track busway run section (600V, up to 20A / 40A) provides an overhead power backbone for your layout. It links with other sections for easy expansion.
Product features
Modular overhead busway sections connect easily with joiners for seamless power layouts.
Scalable design — link multiple track busway runs to expand power reach without conduit.
UL-857 compliant for safe electrical busway distribution in industrial spaces.
Each single‑phase busway length is factory‑wired with two copper hot conductors and one shared neutral, forming a 3‑wire system that supports both line‑to‑neutral and line‑to‑line circuits.
1‑pole tap‑offs supply 120 V by tapping one hot conductor and the neutral.
2‑pole tap‑offs supply 208Y (or 480 Y) by using both hot conductors.
Tap‑offs may be moved anywhere along the continuous slot and lock in place without re‑wiring—so you can add, move, or remove receptacles in minutes.
Creating a single‑phase run is simple: suspend busway lengths on hangers, connect them with mechanical joiner kits, and add feed units where needed. Each joiner insert carries power through the joint, while feed units let you introduce additional circuits anywhere along the run.
1-Ph Power That Expands With You
