Flexible Overhead Power Distribution for Changing Facilities
Overhead power distribution keeps the electrical path above active work areas and power close to the equipment being served. USA TrackBusway provides continuous plug-in access along the run for compatible PowerDrops, outlet boxes, and lighting connections.
Compatible devices can be added or relocated at approved locations as equipment, benches, racks, workstations, and production layouts change.
Qualified personnel may install or relocate breakered tap-off units while the busway remains energized. The unit’s integral circuit breaker must remain OFF throughout installation, removal, relocation, and reinstallation. Switch it ON only after the unit is fully installed or reinstalled and secured.
