DEVICE MOUNTS

Direct-mount Data Plug-Ins allow low-voltage devices—such as cameras, sensors, and wireless access points—to attach directly to the Track Busway structure. Dedicated brackets and non-powered junction boxes enable precise device placement anywhere along the run.

These attachments integrate with the overhead cable tray to keep data and PoE cabling organized and accessible as layouts evolve

OVERVIEW DEVICE MOUNTS

USA TrackBusway™ is an overhead Track Busway system that supports not only power but also direct mounting of low-voltage devices. With purpose-built brackets and junction boxes, contractors can mount cameras, sensors, wireless access points, IoT devices, and other AV/security hardware directly along the busway—no additional strut, conduit, or mounting rails required.

On the double-deck configuration, device cabling routes neatly through the steel cable tray on the upper deck, keeping low-voltage wiring organized, concealed, and fully separated from energized circuits. This creates a cleaner ceiling, faster device installation, and a more flexible infrastructure—ideal for industrial facilities, retail environments, open offices, and data center deployments where device placement changes frequently.

Device Mounting Hardware

Each mounting kit attaches directly to the Track Busway channel and supports quick device installation with concealed wiring. Hardware options include

  • Camera mounting boxes
  • Sensor and AP brackets
  • Junction mounts for PoE/low-voltage terminations
  • Specialty mounts for security and monitoring devices
  • Routing data cables along the busway’s upper deck keeps ceilings uncluttered and makes future modifications simple.
