Power + Data on One Overhead System

USA TrackBusway™️ is an overhead busway system capable of carrying both power and low-voltage cabling on a single backbone. The double-deck configuration places the powered busway on the lower deck and a steel cable tray above it—allowing data cabling, AV lines, controls, and communications wiring to run neatly along the top deck while power runs below. This eliminates separate conduit, ladders, or raceways and keeps your ceiling clean, organized, and future-proof.

Directly Mounted Low-Voltage Devices

Many devices—such as cameras, sensors, and wireless access points—can mount directly to the Track Busway. Dedicated brackets and junction boxes allow installers to place devices anywhere along the run and route the data/PoE cabling neatly across the integrated cable tray above. As layouts evolve, these devices can be repositioned without rewiring or additional conduit.

Below-Track Data Drops

For bringing low-voltage cabling down to floor level, USA TrackBusway™ mesh data drops provide a clean and flexible solution. Cables run through the top-deck cable tray, then descend through a protective mesh sleeve (drop sock) to desks, production stations, or lab benches. This keeps cabling organized and makes reconfiguration fast and inexpensive—ideal for offices, labs, industrial environments, and data center aisles where change is constant.

Closure Strip – Clean Cable Pathways

The Closure Strip provides a clean way to finish the open slot of the Steel Cable Tray, especially when routing low-voltage or network cabling alongside PowerDrops. It helps keep small data bundles organized and protected while maintaining a streamlined overhead appearance. This makes your data path easier to maintain and visually consistent as layouts evolve.
