USA TrackBusway™ manufactures open-channel plug-in busway systems in the USA for facilities that need flexible overhead power near equipment, benches, production lines, and workstations.
Track Busway runs support configurations up to 600V, with individual feeds available up to 225A per phase. For higher total power requirements, layouts can be planned with additional feed points, segmented runs, or splitter-based feed strategies to distribute capacity.
Instead of locking users into fixed tap-off windows or hardwired conduit drops, the open-channel design allows protected tap-off units to be added, moved, or reconfigured along the run. This helps keep overhead power accessible as equipment locations, workstation layouts, and power-density requirements change over time.

Tap-off units are available as drop cords or outlet boxes, with overcurrent protection inside the tap-off enclosure. These options allow power to be placed near equipment, benches, production lines, and workstations without relying on hardwired conduit drops.
